"Works fine, just a little clunky at times"
I was able to use the site without any major issues, but a few pages did feel a bit slow for me. Finding products was straightforward, though the layout could maybe be a little clearer, but it’s not terrible or anything. Overall, it does the job and just feels like it could use a few small tweaks.

"Return process felt slower than it should’ve"
I ordered from Holden Rings and the item itself was fine, but the return experience wasn’t great. I had to follow up with support a few times, and the refund took longer than I expected. Reading between the lines, it didn’t feel like returns are something they handle very smoothly. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst shop out there, but the whole process definitely made me less likely to order again.

"Lots of choices, maybe too many for my indecisive self"
I liked how many customization options they had. It took me a little while to decide because I kept going back and forth, which is very on-brand for me, I do the same thing picking a sandwich. Anyway, the order ended up coming out pretty much how I wanted, so I was happy with it overall.

"Overpriced and kind of ruined my plans"
I was hoping this would be a nice little treat and had planned around it, but it ended up being disappointing. The quality was okay, nothing terrible, but definitely not good enough for what they’re charging. It kind of threw off the whole outing because I expected more for the price and left feeling like I should’ve spent my money somewhere else

"Shipping was really, really slow"
I ordered from hiholden.com and the shipping took way longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, like barely at all, and it just felt like I was waiting and waiting for it to show up. The product itself was okay, but the delivery time was annoying

Ordered from hiholden.com quality was better than I thought it’d be. Material feels sturdy, not cheap or flimsy, which was the main thing I was worried about.
Been using it for a little while now and it’s still holding up well. Nothing too fancy to add, just happy with what arrived and would order again...

"Packaging felt a little underwhelming"
The box arrived in good shape and nothing was damaged, so that part was totally fine. I just had a gut feeling when I opened it that the packaging was a bit plain and kind of thrown together. Not a huge issue, and I’m glad everything was okay, but I expected it to feel a little nicer.

"Super easy exchange for the right size"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size at first and was kinda nervous about dealing with an exchange, but it ended up being really easy. The sizing/resize info was clear, and customer service got back to me quick. I got the new one without any hassle and it fits great now. Really happy with how it all turned out.

"Material just felt off"
I ordered a hoodie from hiholden.com, the material wasn’t what I was expecting. The photos made it look thicker and nicer, but in person it felt thin. Weird.

Maybe I just got an unlucky one, but it didn’t really feel authentic or premium to me. The stitching was okay, but after one wash the fabric already had that cheap feel. Disappointing.
Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there. I just don’t think I’d order again unless they’re clearer about the material and what you’re actually getting.

"Support was quick and kind"
I had a question about my order and reached out to support, and they got back to me quickly. They explained what was going on in a clear way and were really polite, so I didn’t have to go back and forth a bunch just to get an answer. I’m taking off one star because I still had to wait a little longer than I hoped, but overall it was a good experience. it was a relief to feel like someone actually cared and helped me out.

"Decent, but I was hoping for a little better"
I ordered from hiholden.com i had been kind of looking forward to seeing the engraving when it arrived, so I remember feeling a little disappointed when I opened it up. It’s not bad, and from a distance it looks totally fine, but up close some of the letters are a bit lighter than the others and the spacing doesn’t feel perfectly even. It’s still usable, so I’m not upset exactly, just not as impressed as I hoped I’d be for the price. Shipping was okay too, nothing really to complain about there.

I ordered my normal size. It fit just like I hoped. I was a little nervous because online sizing can be hit or miss. But the measurements on hiholden.com were accurate. No return needed. That was a nice surprise...
